Role Overview
Join the frontier of Applied Artificial Intelligence at SIFTP. You will collaborate on developing autonomous agent architectures, zero-shot/few-shot prompt engineering frameworks, and RAG knowledge-retrieval systems powering our commercial AI tools and client automations.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Develop and benchmark prompt chains and tool-calling agents for SIFTP Solo AI products
- ✓Implement automated evals to test hallucinations, response accuracy, and latency across models
- ✓Build knowledge-base indexing pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant)
- ✓Collaborate with marketing and product teams to turn business workflows into AI automations
Required Skills
- •Demonstrated expertise with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini SDKs
- •Deep understanding of system prompts, context optimization, structured JSON output, and tool calling
- •Solid programming fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript
- •Portfolio of real-world deployed AI bots, content automation workflows, or agentic systems
- •Comfortable operating autonomously with clear KPIs and deliverables
